I think we’ve all been there; you go to type in your password, and suddenly realize you can’t get in! It’s definitely not the way you wanted your day to go!
I would invite you to go to our reset password page on a computer. By going there and selecting Forgot Password. It will give you step by step instructions on how to reset your password for your online account.
I would recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the MyATT application, as well to check to see if the app or your device needs an update and perform them both in needed.
