No confirmation email, no charge on credit card, nothing?

I am a new customer trying to make a family plan for my mom and me online. Earlier today, I chose a plan, two phones, and data plans. I was sent to a receipt page (I believe), but something weird happened and I immediately lost the page. I don't know if I closed it by accident, or if it crashed. As such, I don't have the order number or anything. I have no way of knowing if my order actually went through. I read around and found that I should have been sent a confirmation email, yet I haven't received that yet. Nothing at all from AT&T has been charged to my credit card yet.

Should I wait a bit longer, since there's a 24 hour period where viewing orders aren't avaliable? Or should I try calling tomorrow and see what's up? Or should I just try ordering again?

Any responses are very much appreciated. I need this sorted out as soon as possible. I'm currently on a plan with my stepmom but I'll be dropped by the 24th, so it's somewhat urgent.
