Call 1-888-722-1787 and say representative, then say other. They’ll have you state your ATTUID then connect you with a representative that will be able to provide you your PIN number. Just did it and it worked!
Also, call Fidelity to update your address on file. Their number is 1800-416-2363 and say savings/pension
