I have a business account with ATT...a few devices sharing 100 gigs monthly.
I am a consultant and invoice my clients for my time. My assistant handles my billing and needs access to my call log in real time so she can invoice my time and follow up with my on call durations. She needs to do this twice a day...once at noon for the monring calls and another in the early evening for the afternoon calls.
I can access my online acct with AT&T BusinessDirect Premier and after several screens, am able to download my activity but its for the previous month or last billing cycle. It doens't provide real time call logs.
Is there any way to access my current calls? I understand this can be done if it were a personal acct but not through the business acct. Is there a work around or another 3rd party method of obtaining this info?
