att worst service ever including customer service

If your upset with ATT listen and try to follow this message, So I set up an automatic payment through payment arrangement which I used my credit card to set this up with. Let alone not only did they suspend my account which took me three hours to go through and figure out on how to speak to a representative, so i chose to speak to a "live rep" on the computer which seems to me its a f'n robot! so that was a complete waste of time!!! I'm beginning not to recommend att to anyone anymore, just because of the customer service has become the worst I have ever seen it. Not only have I been a member for almost 20 years, but have also had multiple lines on my accounts! First I tried to pay my bill over the phone before all this happened and now lol THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU $5.00 to just do that which is completely ridiculous! Not only did i have to walk over to get my neighbors phone, att made me pay my whole bill before I could activate it they also wanted to charge me $5 MORE dollars to take my payment... So then they said i can call 611 for free which i couldn't because I still had a payment arrangement set up from when I set it up so the rep had to go delete that "yes i kept her on the phone till i was finished"... hmmm so if there automatically going to take it out for the one payment arrangement on the 2nd date why wouldn't they take it out for the other payment arrangement on the 1st date???? So all in all if they would have just taken this payment over the phone before I set it up on the internet then none of this would have happened if they weren't a bunch of crooks! It seems to me someone is under new management because they use to be very considerate, and this was nothing but a misunderstanding, and then FOR THE FINAL BLOW, they want to charge me $40.00 more dollars on my next bill of course " how considerate" because they had to flip a switch to turn my phone back on. Well that's not going to happen im not going to pay it and I will find a different carrier, I dont even use my phone that much I can get a prepaid and save a whopping ton of money and just not have internet which I could care less about! Then they tried to scare me about cancelling my contract, like I would pay that 150 per line for me to cancel it. Not a dime I would pay and they can send it to collections doesn't bother me! Ive gotten worse service now from when i used to have the first nokia that came out, those were the best and my calls never dropped, now my calls rarely even come in at all, everyone says to me, no one can ever hear me, it goes straight to voicemail when they do call and the phone was sitting right next to me????? So whatever ATT has done wrong they need to fix from the new management to there service because it has just gone down the drain! So from what i've learned today is this is my final straw with ATT and if they dont start fixing some of these problems then I'm gone, i dont care about 4g or lte when my service is completely horrible they shoulda kept 3g and made it stronger and a wider area and quit with the bologna terms that mean nothing. my internet isnt any faster than what it was with 3g and my phone service has sucked since!!!!!!!!!!!!!
