Sorry that didn't work for you. You stated that it worked fine in the store. Does it fail on wifi and data? Does it fail everywhere? (Home, Office, etc) If it fails every device, all the time It would have to be on the server side. Are there more than 1 wireless number on the account? if so register a different number and see if the problem persists. Is it the app and website or just app? (some computers use apps now, just checking things so that I may understand)
