I am a bit perturbed by my most rececnt experience with AT&T customer serice.
Let me preface with the fact that I have been a customer for AT&T for 5+ years and have had very few problems, however, I was a bit dumbfounded by the way my latest experiences was handled. Here is what happened in my situation.
After dealing with a problem over the past two weeks and spending aproximately 4 hours on the phone and chat logs with customer service representitives. I was informed that all of my issues were stemmed from the myAT&T site displaying inaccurate information regarding my account. I asked for a credit for the hours I had wasted on the phone due to errors from the myAT&T website.
I was offered a $10 dollar credit for my 4 hours. $2.50 per hour. I really hope that is not what customers time is worth to AT&T.
