I have yet to resolve this problem with ATT. I have gotten 2 emails acknowledging my post however no one has gotten back with me after an initial phone call from Matthew P. and an email from AnnaS. Anna I responded to her email today. Matt I responded to on the 7th of March and again today. I have left contact info for both. Now I am on the phone..(on hold) right now waiting for another Manager to come to the phone to discuss this matter. This is so frustrating. The CSR who answered my call says she has pulled up all the info on the acct so the Manager can speak with me however on my last call there were no notes to be found according to that CSR.
