I don't know where else to go for help. I had to downsize and get rid of my At&t cell phone and get a tracfone (kept my At&t number). I have an LG 840G smartphone. I have been trying for two days to get connected and I just can't get connected to my email. I tried the people at Tracfone but they don't get involved with the email part. I don't know where else to go or who to call. Any help would very much be appreciated. I have no problem on my laptop or computer. Here is the info on my phone.
