Hi, I can not logon into My AT&T mobil app, however I can login into the web site, We get the same following error message on all phones in my plan.
ERROR: LGNS0119
"Your AT&T Access ID does not have any accounts linked to it that are supported on our mobile site, please visit the full site(LGNS0119)."
I been using the app for long time but this error started recently.
Please can someone help with this?
