I’d be happy to help with your online access! Are you a postpaid AT&T customer, or prepaid? The access for each of these account types will be different. For prepaid, if unable to recover your password due to being unable to receive an SMS, please give us a call at 800.901.9878.

 

For postpaid, we can send you a temporary password via email. Please send me a private message by Clicking Here and include the following information:

  • Email address
