For those encountering similar issues, it appears that customers who have contacted us regarding the error code LGNS0119 they have been seeing when trying to access their account via the myAT&T app, it was found that their Access ID was no longer linked to their wireless account. Please try following these steps to (re)link your account to your Access ID.
Once linked, you should then be able to sign into your account with no issues!
