It has been OVER a week since I have been able to view my wireless usage details online. This is ridiculous. I am paying an EXORBITANT amount of money to AT&T on a monthly basis, but I can't see any details since May 7th? That is an entire MONTH. Want to know exactly what the problem is and when it will be fixed. No other carrier has this problem, as I have talked with many friends that have their service with other wireless providers.
