I was able to view the recent usage for approximately 1 hour. Then, the next day when I checked it was unviewable again and has been since then. I have not been able to view my recent usage since May 25th. Today is June 11th. That is SEVENTEEN days that you have NOT fixed the SO CALLED problem. This is unacceptable. What amount of discount will I be receiving on my bill for this horrid inconvenience? I remind you I am paying an exorbitant amount of money to AT&T monthly.
