If anyone else had the problem, they would probably post. It may just be a problem with your account. This is a user helping user forum and your posts here will not get any official AT&T response. At best, an AT&T rep will ask you to private message them.

If you want someone to look into your account, you need to contact AT&T customer service or send a private message to with your account and contact information and someone will get in touch with you.
