I’m sorry to hear you are currently unable to access your online account. I’d be happy to help! May I ask what is happening when you try to access your account? If due to not accepting your username or password, you can reset either, or both! To do so:

  1. From the myAT&T login page, select Forgot User ID?
  2. Select User ID and Password, enter the email address you used when creating your account, then select Continue.
  3. Enter the User ID you received.
  4. Select how you'd like to receive your temporary password, and select Continue. See the Password guidelines section for requirements and tips.
  5. Enter your temporary password, and select Continue. See the Password guidelines section for requirements and tips.
  6. Create your new password, and then select Continue.
