I’m sorry to hear you are currently unable to access your online account. I’d be happy to help! May I ask what is happening when you try to access your account? If due to not accepting your username or password, you can reset either, or both! To do so:
- From the myAT&T login page, select Forgot User ID?
- Select User ID and Password, enter the email address you used when creating your account, then select Continue.
- Enter the User ID you received.
- Select how you'd like to receive your temporary password, and select Continue. See the Password guidelines section for requirements and tips.
- Enter your temporary password, and select Continue. See the Password guidelines section for requirements and tips.
- Create your new password, and then select Continue.
