I have a prepaid data connect pass plan and am unable to use view account from cellular data settings on my ipad. It worked previously and in different locations than here. It works if I use it over wifi based connections. I am using an ipad retina mini with ios 8.4 and at&t carrier 20.0.
It worked on multiple other towers with the same 8.4 ios and at&t carrier 20.9 Only difference on my end was I upgraded ios to 8.4 from 8.3 which updated the AT&T carrier revision during my trip back. And when I got to my home location it would not work even tough it worked during the trip.
It sounds like a network side issue within my location to me. Was told a known problem was on my local tower since I also has connectivity issues. Data is now working but view account is not.
Issue occurs by fhe AT&T wireless store address of 107-24 Continental Avenue, Forest Hills, NY 11375.
