Hello ,

 

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. Are you referring to the myAT&T app? If so, do you experience this same issue when you Sign in to myAT&T online as well? Does this occur before, or after you're able to sign in? Please let us know. In the meantime, we recommend deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that helps. We look forward to hearing back from you.
