AT&T knows about the scam emails. There is a support site for such items and it is listed on the bills occasionally.

Do you want them to notify you everytime someone gets one of those emails? you will be getting a 1000 emails a day as there is always someone out there that want to scam someone.
What do you want AT&T to do? Once they are notified about a scam email, they work to shut down the scammer, but a new one opens tomorrow with a new email and new website.
