So I ordered a new phone because (SHOCKER) the att reps at the store said not to buy phones in their store when I can order them online for free (not naming names you corporate ****).
And anyways I get done ordering and check the status. "Preparing to ship" Ok cool so their gonna send it in the next few hours/next buisness day "Expected ship time augus 26th to 28th"
......... WHAT THE ****.. ITs gonna take you ****. an entire week to put a phone in a box and ship it? WHAT THE ****!?
Ok so if that wasn't bad enough, fine shipping centers for big companies can get busy... I can get that. But oh no... I tried logging on to check on my order, both using my phone number and zip code, and trying with my new account id and password.
First try (We are having trouble pulling up your data)
Second try (The website isn't working, pleasre try again later)
I've been told Comcast is the worst company in america right now... but I'm getting the feeling ATT is coming in a close second place
