I was finally called back by someone after 6-8 phone calls over the last 3-6 months. I was told that the problem is that I have a fan discount that causes an error. They do not have a resolution to permanently fix the error and did not seem to expect one anytime soon. They said to check your upgrade options or to perform a upgrade you have to call a number and have your fan discount removed. You then should be able to click on the upgrade button. You will have to go through and add the discount again. I did not perform this and cannot verify that it works. This is a pain in the butt and a completely unecessary step for a consumer to go through. Once again you have to remove your discount to even view your upgrade options. There really is no way to complain about this because ATT is such a large company with a complete lack of customer service and a even larger lack of complaint resolution. My wife is the att account holder for her corporation and she said att is just as much of a pain in the butt for her to deal with. They spend millions and I spend thousands. So you can gaurantee that we mean nothing to this company as long as we pay our bills.

(Ealier I wrote FAM discount, but meant FAN discount. Sorry if there was any confusion.)
