Please see this support article for instructions on how to update your payment information:
From your iPad-
- From the home screen, tap Settings > Cellular Data > View Account.
- Log in using the email address and password that used during activation.
- Tap Edit User & Payment Information.
- Update as necessary, and then tap Done.
From the website-
- Log in to your account at att.com/iPadlanding using the email address and password used during activation.
- Select Edit User & Payment Information.
- Update as necessary, and then select Submit.
