Nothing but problems since linking DTV and wireless

Everything has been messed up on my account since I tried to link my DTV and wireless, nothing but issues.  I linked them months ago, got a text last month saying the link was finally complete, but I'm still not seeing a combined bill and I'm having to go to DTV.com to pay it. 

 

On top of that, something is messed up with my next installment plan and no one at ATT seems to have any answers. My last bill had installment 2 of 24 on it, so my upcoming bill (which I haven't even received yet) should have installment 3 of 24 on it, but online it says I'm past due on my 3rd payment by almost 1 month?????   Why is my next plan billing different /separate from the rest of my ATT bill?  According to my next payment plan, my first installment was due the day I started the service, but I wasn't asked to pay it then and it didn't show up on a bill until the next cycle.  According to my paper bill I receive my 3rd installment is due with the rest of my bill on 11/28 but online it's saying my 3rd installment of $28.96 is past dues by almost 1 month.
