Non manager access to data usage

I use a widget to monitor my plans data usage. My son does not have manager status on the account and won't any time soon. Is there any way to have enough access to the account only to use the data use widget? Maybe a non-managing ID number?

He's killing our data allowance. I know he could use the phone to get a text but a widget that updates itself would be harder to ignore. )
