Unable to receive calls or call out.

Satrting about a week ago, i have not been able to get signal to receive or send calls.. This is occuring in areas where I have always had service.  Has there been a change in signals.

Locked out of my AT@T online

I am locked out of my AT&T online account. I cannot view my bill or anything I have forgotten my password but I knoe my user ID. Why would I be locked out?

did you try forgot password? If you try the wrong password too many times, it locks the account until it can be reset.

All accounts now require a password, and a 4 digit passcode.  The default is the last 4 of the owners social security number.

All accounts are required to have a password AND a 4 digit passcode.  If you haven't changed your passcode, it is still the last 4 of the owners social security number.
