Like the original poster, I want to CHANGE my user ID to my personal email (such as ????@gmail.com). A lot of customers don't use the @att.net email so we are unlikley to remember it. My account number should be my unique identifier.
Please add the ability to change our login user ID to our registered email address. Thank you.
