I recently switched our Account from my Mother's Name to My Name. In doing so, a New Access ID was created based from my email. However, I am not experiencing an issue with registering my device for new applications. For instance AT&T locker & ATT Messages. I recevie the message "The wireless phone number entered is already associated with another AT&T Access ID."
and it shows my previous access ID
Any ideas on how to resolve or bypass this issue?
