Att gophone site no reflecting autorefill setup even though Customer service confirmed auto setup

Hi, I was trying to setup autorefill on my att phone via gophone site, however, I was getting error and asked me to call customer service. Customer Service asked for my cc and setup auto-refill, and i got confirmation text on Dec 22. Today I log in to my att gophone site and it is still showing  autorefill not setup, called customer service again and they confirmed it is setup.

Can you please check you site and correct you data accordingly.

 

I cannot perform any purchases with my cc to any packages and I do not like calling customer services for any small changes.

I called customer service today (Dec 28) around 3:42 PM MST and the representative was rude, unhelpful and then transfered me to spanish dept, and later I was disconnected.

 

VERY BAD Experience for customer service and basic online access.
