I rarely call Customer Service or Assurian support, so when I needed help today, I was really irritated that I was told I had to give them a pass code or they wouldn't talk to me. MAYBE this new pass code is good for transactions involving plan changes or payments, but NOT FOR SUPPORT. This is just one more password / pass code I'll need to keep track of. This pass code is just another irritation and inconvenience to put on customers
