I think this is useless to tell them something. I contacted CS, was provided (was confirmed by Att later) with totally wrong info. Asked to escalate my call. I was very polite. My call back number was collected since no supervisors were available. Another words call center was unsupervised, Nobody even bothered to call me. I contacted Att's Twitter support team , not help at all, they tried to find any excuse to drop my case. This is the only company which has no feedback possible about their CS.
My last step I can write a letter to their CEO, but I don't want Att's lawers call me back.
ATT! I have a strong feeling that you don't need live customers anymore, you want to connect cars which don't talk. I hope I'm wrong.
