SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FED UP!!!

Fed up having to answer same questions read the computer screen by C.S.R. repeatedly to get to the end AGAIN and still not get an answer. SIMPLE QUESTION AT&T: Why can't I sign up to use MYATT&T. Why do I keep getting the same error message. Why don't your C.S.R's have ANY answers as to why I keep getting this error that your system is experiencing problems. It's been several months and you still have the same issue???? I just want to manage my account online & not have to deal with C.S.R's that can't ansewr any question not covered by their pre-filled customer question/issue screens.
