Hello AT&T, DirecTV, it has now been a week trying to get better service! Today I have spend almost a hour trying to go right to DirecTV. I now believe that I have an open relationship with their automated system. If I can't this solve by next week I'm going to cancel my AT&T account! I have ever been so mad at a company as I have experienced trying to get more and better service in my life, still willing to pay for the service! You get to talk to all the privates but not anyone in management that can help! Very disappointed! Will someone that can get this solved I will be most thankful!
