I do not use apple products so no imessaging is being used. Checked all of my android phones settings we are all using the default SMS that we have always used. I was online yesterday when this same issue happened to me. I was viewing my child's text messages ,cause I'm one of those moms. The first page had text numbers when I clicked to go to page two, it took forever loaded numbers for a split second, closed its self, and sent me back to my pass code page. I reentered all my criteria got back to view text usage, clicked on it and boom mobile data instead of numbers. Glad to see I'm not the only one that this has happened too
