they all should show, the exception is if you are using a messaging program like Imessage or one of the apps available for the android or windows OS, they don;t use sms capabilities, they actually use data so the number that the message is being sent to is not logged in the sms records. the iphone imessage will send via data to another iphone device and sms to a any other device
