Each AT&T account has the option to have primary and secondary profiles for myAT&T. This is the way you currently have your account set-up. Each myAT&T profile can have its own separate password but the AT&T account can only have one passcode.
Since you are the secondary profile, a list of available actions is available from our website. You can change the account passcode from your secondary profile but it will change the passcode for the entire account. Again this is separate from each profiles password which is used to gain access to myAT&T.
