Do you have the options to switch accounts? If you do not see the option to switch accounts then you may need to create a myAT&T account specifically for the line that is on a separate bill. Information about how to manage multiple accounts is available on our website.
You can view your usage in detail under the Usage section of your myAT&T account. To view your usage please follow these steps:
- Log in to your myAT&T account.
- If you have more than one wireless account, select the account you want to manage.
- Select the View all usage button next to the Billing Cycle bar.
- You will see an overview of your recent usage (since last bill).
- To view usage details by device, select the view usage details link located under the member name.
- Text/Data usage details will display for the selected device.
- To view Text/Data usage details for another device, locate the Device drop-down and select a different device.
- You can view talk usage details by selecting Talk in the View details by drop-down.
Additional details on how to view your billed usage online can be found by clicking here. Your usage details include the date, time, the amount of data or the number texted, but neither the type of data use nor the actual content of your messages are available.
