No it's not fixed.
I just switched over to the 15g share plan w/ 5 phones. This far thru 5 dad of billing cycle the view my usage shows 13.5gb remaining individual usages only show true numbers for 1 of us, only non-iPhone btw. Others have 3mb or some silly nbr showing.
I send the *data# a call and I can see my data usage, hv for 3 days now, but still the usage nbrs on site and app show nada, total of 500mb total used, clearly short of 1.5 truly logged so far.
Before switching to share plan I had 0 issues checking data usage in app or on web, so what is the problem att? Help me out here?
