I’m sorry you’re having trouble accepting the terms and conditions for your new tablet!
If you are not able to accept it from the tablet itself, you can also go Accept Terms & Conditions website. The phone number that you will enter is going to be the one that was assigned to the tablet, not the phone number for the primary account holder. You can locate this information on the tablet by going to Settings> About Device.
You can also activate the tablet online by accessing the website – Activate your wireless device.
