I just got chat to work on FF for me. Can you walk me through what you're seeing?
If a chat rep is available, the blue chat button should appear when you select a particular category on the support page (i.e. Wireless, Digital TV, Internet, etc.).
Once you click on the link, it should open a window with links to narrow down your topic. Once you've selected a topic, you should be able to input your information and initiate a chat with an agent.
What happens when you try? Is it just spinning? Or are you not seeing the link at all? Sorry for the inconvenience!
