I just had the most rude AT&T customer service person on the phone. I am trying to decrease my monthly expenses due to changes in our monthly financial income and asked for two things. One I'll pay off the iPhone 6 Plus. Second, please drop the $10 monthly fee for a "FREE" Tablet they talked me into 18 months ago that I was going to give to my dying father. The device was never activated or taken out of the box. For these past months I have trying to get the device shut down and can't do it till the end of the January contract. I WILL NEVER EVER take a free device from AT&T nor ever use there plan again to purchase a phone. This man I spoke to had no understanding on what I was trying to do and his constant pressure to give it to someone so I can continue to pay $10 a month is unaceptable. Also, AT&T, we should be allowed to move our payments around on various devices. I can't wait to be done with them in January 31st!!!!!!
