I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your myAT&T log-in. This is not the experience we want any of our customers to have and we’ll work towards getting this resolved right away!

 

 

The error message being reported makes it seem as if there’s a temporary outage, but no outages have been reported with any of the myAT&T services.

 

 

Have you attempted to sign-in from the mobile app? Sometimes browser issues on the computer can deny log-in requests. To correct this, it’s recommended you clear your internet browser cache and cookies. Additional steps you can perform to help you log-in to your myAT&T account are available on our website.
