Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to get logged into your prepaid plan and know that not having access to an online account can be a frustrating situation.
Because of the straightforward nature of our GoPhone prepaid service and to make sure your account is secure, we can reset your account password by sending a text message to the phone when in the U.S. in the network service area, or by visiting an AT&T Company store location with a photo ID.
At this time, we do not have a method send a new password to reset the online account through the service while in Europe.
Of course when you’re back in the service area, you can click the Forgot Password and immediately get your account password reset.
