Called twice, the CSR could do nothing because the order was shipped. I then reached their online chat and basically told them that I will not pay for those phones and that I dont care about my credit score.

 

Then the chat representative talked to his manager, who sent a note to Fedex requesting phones to be returned. 

 

Now they are on their way back via Fedex. 

 

Yes, I changed all my passwords. Once this is cleared, I am closing my account and getting a go phone, where presumably, SSN is not required.
