I definitely apologize that you’re getting that error message when trying to log in to your GoPhone account online! I can totally help you out with that!
If you forgot your GoPhone login password, you can easily reset it on myAT&T. Being that it is saying you have reached the maximum attempts, you can also go through GoPhone Support by calling 800-901-9878.
For the future, once you know your myAT&T password but you want to change it, you can easily update it in your profile after logging in.
You need to be logged in to your myAT&T account to complete these steps.
- At the top of the page, select Profile & Settings > Personal Info > Change Password button.
- Enter and save your password information.
