I’m very sorry they were not able to provide an ETA for you. This error has obviously caused much frustration for you, my apologies.
 
Unfortunately we are only able to dig deeply into wireless issues. The digital support group is the most equipped to handle these internal website issues.
 
Have you attempted registering a new AT&T Access ID? You may be able to get secondary access to the account at the very least by doing this. Did the digital group deny you help in creating a new one?
 
If they are not able to provide a reasonable timeline on when they will have your account fixed, we would at least like to help you work around the issue!
