I think 3 months is long enough time to wait to access my account, 4 user id's and 8 password Changes and still no help. I just spoke to the att back office and they can not give me a time frame for this to be corrected. I just can't believe that Att can't fix a login problem in 3 months. I have asked to delete my online account and would start a new account but att told me it would take longer to delete my account then to wait for them to fix the error. I have been pushed from department to department with one on helping. This lack in Att getting it resolved in a timely manner is making me look at other options both att and directv service. This error is a know error (look on the att forum) for years and they still can't help me, Really.
