Whenever I try to link my new iPad Air to my access ID, I get this message:
Only personal accounts can be linked to an AT&T Access ID. Login to your Small Business account to manage your account online.
My account isn't and hasn't ever been a small business account. i don't have any devices at all linked to the access ID since I cancelled my cell service in October. I thought maybe I'd try to create a new access ID, but I get the same message.
