My account isn't and hasn't ever been a small business account. i don't have any devices at all linked to the access ID since I cancelled my cell service in October. I thought maybe I'd try to create a new access ID, but I get the same message.
do you have any form of company, student or goverment discount applied? Have seen that cause a problem
