Have you recently added Directv, U-Verse TV, U-verse Internet or U-Verse Wireline serice(s)? If so, you may have been provided with a new account number for your Unified Account, different to your standalone wireless service account. You must use the Unified Account number to be able to register. If you do not know your Unified Account number, please contact Customer Service to request it.
