The reason for the limited access to your MyAT&T account (both via app & web) lies the "Cancelled" status of your account. Even Customer Service representatives have limited access to your cancelled account.
I know this is producing inconveniences in your case, however you can still request the free reprint of your final bill (some restrictions apply). Call or chat with customer service (no need to log in to be able to chat) for details about the bill reprint option. Have a pen and paper at hand, as well as all your questions written down. You will want to take advantage of the detailed information whilst it is still available.
